LFPOA is a private, non-profit Alabama corporation. All information posted in the “member’s only section” of the website is for internal use by members and should not be disclosed to non-members without the express written consent of the Association.
 
The terms of use by LFPOA members are as follows:
1. You represent that you are a member in good standing pursuant to the Bylaws of the Association and the house and ground rules, and that all of your dues and assessments are current.
2. You agree that the “member’s only” documents are private Association documents for viewing by members and that you will not disclose the contents to non-members.
3. You agree to address any questions and comments about the documents to LFPOA management and the Board of Directors.
4. You agree that the documents and records will be used only for Association business.
